Mercamadrid has entrusted ICDQ to carry out its auditing services and obtain certification of its Quality, Environmental and Virtual Training Management Systems.

The UNE 66181 standard – Virtual Training
Mercamadrid has a training centre in which it has facilities and training tools for public service and in which it offers an extensive range of training and facilitates the expansion of knowledge and professional specialisation. This is why Mercamadrid has obtained the UNE 66181:2012 certification, which defines the quality of virtual training.
UNE 66181:2012 certification improves the competitiveness and innovation capacity of training, based on the use of new information and communication technologies (ICT) and also allows organisations that have implemented a quality virtual training offer to be clearly recognised.
