ICDQ has been awarded by the City Council of Marratxí to certify its Quality Management System.

ICDQ has performed the auditing service for the certification of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) of the Marratxí City Council.

Marratxí Twon Council is certified for ISO 9001

Marratxí is a municipality of Mallorca located in the Raiguer region, and is known for its archaeological remains of different cultures that have been present in the islands since prehistoric times, such as the caves of Son Cós or the cave of Son Caulelles.

The City Council of Marratxí, as a local administration providing services close to the citizens, is aware of the principles that must be guaranteed and thus assumes it as a priority.

To achieve this, it wants to use this certification for its employment agency and training center provided by the city council and for its management of subsidies, employment policies and entrepreneurship counseling.

The implementation of the ISO 9001 standard, as a project developed in the context of its modernization policies, is an improvement in the quality and transparency of public services.

As a project developed in the context of its policies of modernization, quality improvement and transparency of public services, commitment, responsibility and efficiency are some of the principles to be guaranteed by the Public Administrations in the fulfillment of their obligations.

Citizens have the right to know what services are provided and to receive them with the highest quality assurance. Doing things well and doing them better and better is their obligation.
