This September, the El Campello City Council has awarded ICDQ the Audit Certification of three quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and UNE 170001. Standards related to Quality Management, the environment and Universal Accessibility.
El Campello City Council, as a local administration that provides services close to citizens, is aware of the principles that must be guaranteed and thus assumes it as a priority. To achieve this, it uses, among other quality instruments, these three standards. In this sense, it has implemented these standards, as a project that is developed in the context of its policies for modernization, quality improvement and transparency of public services.
The scope of the certifications covers the following areas
• UNE-EN-ISO 9001: in all the coves and beaches of the municipality
• UNE-EN-ISO 14001: in all the coves and beaches of the municipality
• UNE 170001-1 / 2, Universal Accessibility for accessible bathing points on the Carrer la Mar and Muchavista beaches.
At ICDQ we are proud to be able to certify these standards and contribute to ensuring that transparency, commitment, responsibility and efficiency continue to be a maxim in the El Campello City Council and its management.
